We are a Zen Buddhist practice community offering meditation classes, retreats, and gatherings throughout the year, incorporating the teachings of Dainin Katagiri and Thich Nhat Hanh. Our Center for Mindful Living offers courses in mindfulness following the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) model developed by Jon-Kabat-Zinn. Our teachers are Joen Snyder O'Neal and Michael O'Neal.
