Fremont Community Health services is a non-profit, community-based heatlh center operating three community clinics in Northeast and North Minneapolis. Our mission is to improve the heatlh of the commmunity by providing affordable, accesssible health care services. We provide comprehensive primary care health services to low-income, uninsured and under-insured individuals regardless of ability to pay.
